没想到是支持的。

vultr 我 2.5 刀 的实例上跑了 leanote, minio, ss, h5ai, fail2ban，还塞了个 drone ci，之前还有 owncloud，用的少就先停了，全部都是用 docker 安的，开了 bbr，电信连接延迟 160 左右，丢包也不多，当然线路抽风的时候就没那么舒服了，不过总体挺超值的
