上海电信 ping 值奇长, 怎么才能让维修人员确认是否小区网络入口设备的问题?

自从小区宽带接入升级到千兆设备后(非光猫), 问题不断. 之前拨号总会断, 后来查到路由器 pppoe5 秒检测一次 echo 超时, No response to 10 echo-requests, 后来将检测时间改为了 30s 就不再断开了. 但是现在发现网络有时候会很慢, ping 了一下, 居然会时不时的超过 20s 才有响应... 我也是无语了,想问问 v 友,碰到这种情况有啥办法?
