用 Terraform 部署 kubernetes

就用过 kubespray，部署用 rancher 也行的。

@recall704 从徒水 hard 模式到 ansible, 再到 kargo, 目前 terraform 是最方便的，并且部署速度比 kargo 快些，rancher 短暂测试后还是放弃了。

terraform 我们只用来管理 aws 基础设施，Kubernetes 还是 ansible 来做配置管理分发。。是不是完全没必要

@awhane 好奇为什么不用 cloudformation 呢

@pythonee cloudformation 太局限了，Terraform 支持 aws\aliyun\azure\openstack etc....
