我们在做一些少有人关注的玩意儿：

顺便提一句，我们带来的所有改变，只要一个浏览器就够了。

我们希望你聪明，乐观，懂得学习。如果有点偏执，那就更好了。

无论你来自哪里、年方几何，我们都欢迎你来申请我们的实习计划。

我们期待你每周能有**三天左右**的时间和我们一起工作，地点不限。

对了，可能你还会考虑待遇，**150一天**，不能再少了。

注意，**我们有商业与技术两类角色虚位以待**。

## Our Expectations

Here, we won't imprison you in some fixed position like those big companies usually do. We believe a hacker, as someone who wants to leverage technology/knowledge to make changes happen, he/she will eventually get a hand on all this stuff. That's what we expect who you are.

But we do need some "roles" where you could **start** to work with us. You could apply either one of them or multiple.

Here are some principles we will use to find "you":

- **Learning ability and altitude** is more important than expertise.
- **Fundamental** is more important than know-how.
- **What you will do** is more important than what you have done.
- **Action** is more important than idea and words.
- **Access to solutions** is more important than solution.

## Roles

- Business Development Pilot

- Self-motived problem solver
- Good at and enjoy storytelling
- Strong willing to try and win

- Market Digger

- Good business sense
- Strong strategic thinking
- Basic research and analysis capacity

- Product Designer

- Efficient with mockup tool, even it is **pen&paper**
- Interested in User Experience
- Users of various webapp, iOS app, android app

- Backend Developer

- Work on Linux
- Experience with Python/Ruby
- Experience with SQL/noSQL DB.
- Understanding HTTP protocols and its alternatives

- Frontend Developer

- Understanding HTML/CSS
- Expert at javaScript / jQuery
- How HTTP protocols work with the browser

- System Admin

- Work on Linux
- Experience with one scripting language - Python/Ruby/Perl
