自己撸一个 chrome 扩展，规则自己定制。

给他一个非管理员账号或者 GUEST 模式，改 HOST 文件是可以的。

1) Log into the admin console
2) Wipe and enroll the device
3) Click Device management > Chrome management > Device settings
4) In the box next to "Restrict Sign-in to list of users" type the email accounts allowed to log in.
You can also use this to restrict apps that can be installed, websites they can visit, etc. (basically what they do in schools/businesses)
