如果是你发现某个项目变化了，应该怎么提 issue？

比如 某个项目以前不用 root 权限，现在用 root 权限了，需要怎么提 issue ？ 我拟了一个，各位有没有更好的写法，或者要批我这个写法的（ pronunciation+grammer ）？

I was using the version 1.5.1 from 2016. Today I updated to the 1.7.0, but I found it tried to acquire the root privilege.

Why it requires the root privileges? In my mind, the command that set global proxy does not require root privilege like:

networksetup -setwebproxy $NETWORK $HOST $PORT off
networksetup -setwebproxystate $NETWORK on

networksetup -setsecurewebproxy $NETWORK $HOST $PORT off
networksetup -setsecurewebproxystate $NETWORK on

What method does ss-local use to set global proxy ? Is there any elegant choice to make a global proxy? Or can you tell me what file/code/function requires the root privilege ?
