以前的 docker container service 下线了，现在上 k8s 了。所以不要用`bx ic`命令了，需要安装下面两个 plugin
`bx plugin install container-service -r Bluemix`
`bx plugin install container-registry -r Bluemix`

@JohnWick 是这个 cf ic 不能用了，我试了另外一个叫做 bx cs 的可以，但是没有$$的 docker，我也没想自己弄一个，就放弃了。
