看了下官方公告好像是说账单出问题了？有没有一样情况的，用渣英语发了个工单，心里还是有些没底。。

抵扣券哪来的？不是 edu 的话应该没事，可能是他们账单系统崩了，等退款就好。

Certain available AWS credits for a very small number of customers have not been properly applied on the February invoice. The root cause has been identified and rectified. Erroneous charges will be refunded after completing the bill run and within one week.
