Senior UX Designer Position

Position: Senior UX Designer
Location: Chengdu, China is preferred (work remotely in China will be also considered)
Status: Full-time
Starts: Hiring now!
Rate: 10K-15K

What you will be doing:
- Think conceptually – applying a people-centered and problem-solving approach to create engaging software interfaces. Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Analyst to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Make design decisions based on good judgment, experience, research, and data.
- Work on multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
- Be part of a fun, humble team, always learning, collaborating with other designers to deliver a cohesive customer centered experience.


Do you have:
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 
- 5+ years experience in user centered product design, visual communications in internet/software industry.
- A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve user needs as well as prototyping skills of product/interaction/visual.


Nice to have Qualifications: 
- MA/MS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field. 
- Visual design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences. 
- Delivered successful design for responsive web, iOS and Android. 
- Stellar interaction skills (track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows, dynamic engaging interfaces). 
- Fluent English speaking skills.


Who you ’ ll be working with:
As a UX Designer, you ’ ll be part of the Product Development team. You ’ ll be collaborating with Other Product Designers, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Engineers, to understand complex scenarios and come up with solutions that are elegant, accessible, and easy to use software solutions.

申请条件：
－拥有设计相关本科学历（交互设计，视觉传达设计，工业设计等）或者人机工程、计算机科学等相关背景。
－ 5 年以上互联网／软件行业的用户体验／视觉设计工作经验。
－有相关作品集展示您如何设计解决用户需求以及产品 /交互 /视觉的原型设计技能。


拥有以下条件更好: 
－拥有设计、人机工程、计算机科学或其他相关硕士学历。
－具有良好的视觉设计敏感度。
－具有成功的响应式网站、iOS、Android 平台设计经验。
－具有卓越的交互设计技能（部署用户界面标准和交互文档规范，功能性使用流程设计，微动效设计等 ）。
－ 较强的英语听说能力。
