刚买了photonvps.com的VPS，安装不了任何程序，无语，折腾了一晚上。

这是Photonvps给我发的邮件（用户名和密码用*代替）：

下载了putty连接216.24.194.100提示time out；
ping216.24.194.100提示请求超时，和time out一样；
用邮件中提到的SolusVM控制面板登录后有个Senal Console控制台，按照提示下载java后可以连接上，输入root和密码登录进去，能用cd、ls这些基本命令，但是apt-get命令安装程序死活都是0%，不断重试，也不知道怎么中断。

在Edit>Connection Settings>Host中看到：
Hostname：216.24.194.2
Port：22
Username：console-b3lK*B

完全不明白为什么会是216.24.194.2而不是216.24.194.100，而且安装不了程序，ping不通216.24.194.100

实在没办法……求解是我自己的问题还是我被PhotonVPS坑了……

@santa 请教下在哪可以连接在线客服进行退款，我没找到在线客服地址。
@merlin852 可是我用ssh也连接不上啊，控制面板能连上但ip却不一样，登陆用的用户名也不一样。
