紧急求助，关于Restarting web server: htcacheclean apache2.的问题

刚才要给服务器安装eAccelerator，结果按照这个教程 http://wangye.org/blog/archives/241/ 操作之后，重启apache，出现以下提示

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
Restarting web server: htcacheclean apache2.
然后网站就无法访问了，要如何处理？

现在发现是我吧eaccelerator.shm_size="16"这里的数值弄太大了，想当然的觉得越大越好，自己弄成了64，超过系统核心允许的最大数值？改回16现在网站可以访问了。

但是重启apache的时候，显示的是
Restarting web server: htcacheclean apache2 ... waiting .
这个正常不？
