Key Accountabilities: 1. Provide the technical leadership on front end web development and front end solution 20% of Time
2. Implement dynamic component-based web pages compatible cross browsers and across multiple versions of browsers, using advanced Html, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS and PHP, and implement in SEO best practice 55% of time
3. Lead and implement webpage changes to improve performance in all tiers 20% of time
4. Code review and documentation 5% of time
Requirements: Minimum: -Expert level of coding HTML/DHTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, PHP and MySQL. -Strong knowledge and hands on experience of development in Drupal CMS. -Knowledge of performance best practices and SEO (Search Engineer Optimization) best practices. -Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality and multi browser compatible web pages for Web and Mobile Web under tight time constraints. -Demonstrated ability to work well with local and remote team members. -8+ years hands on web development in PHP or Java based web application environment.
Preferred: -Familiarity with social network plugins and apps -Familiarity with Mobile web -Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
