北京联通 ipv6 貌似调路由了

之前 ping www.qq.com ，延迟 30 多 ms，现在 6-7ms。
然而之前 ping www.leetcode.com ，延迟只有 100 多，比 ipv4 的还快，现在延迟变成 300+了。还有 codewars 也是。
