最后一个报错是一直都碰到的问题，上一个蓝牙插件报错也是这样 返回值 is not a function 上一个插件 android 使用没问题 但是 ios 12.3 连接不上

@coloz 我的 12.3 连接是正常的 但是 startNotifity( ) 没有作用 获取不到返回值了
