关于 Ubuntu 下的 whoopsie-u+进程

很好奇 Ubuntu 下的 whoopsie-u+ 这个进程是干什么的？一直占用 cpu,而且杀死后又会自动启动

那么问题来了，占用率这么高而且，还一直这么高就有点过份了吧？
