操作系统不支持.NET Framework 4.8 怎么做？

安装了 NordVPN，但是它说操作系统不支持.NET Framework 4.8，我直接下载了 Framework 4.8，也安装不了，请问应该怎么做？需要重装系统吗？

2、系统版本太老，微软官方工具升级一下。

你的 dotnet framekwork 4.8 下载错了吧？或者是操作系统版本太低。
.net framework 4.8 支持 Windows 7 SP1、Windows 8.1、Windows 10 1607 及以上版本。
