搬瓦工服务条款更新后不允许设置代理了

早上起来收到搬瓦工邮件，看了一眼，其中有一条：

We do not tolerate the following activities on our servers:
Open proxy servers (due to abuse committed through open proxies);

@foxni @sadfQED2 显然不会是啊，条款只是说不许搭建公共代理（不需要用户身份验证的那种开放代理，比如 Open HTTP Proxies ），TOS 又没说私有代理的问题

并且，这一条（指的是 Open proxy servers (due to abuse committed through open proxies);）在上一版本条款（ 2017 年更新）的时候就有了……
