• Manager, Software Engineering - Shanghai
You’ll lead and mentor other engineers to drive both technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
Skillsets: Java + Spring Framework + Database, experience in Micro services architecture design
• Senior Java Engineer - Shanghai/Beijing
You’ll be responsible for Payments software system/application delivery and development.
Skillsets: Java + Spring Framework + Database
• Senior Front end Engineer - Shanghai/Beijing
You will be responsible for designing and developing a critical web based system, especially the commonly used frontend framework.
Skillsets: JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3, front end framework, experience in Java backend development or UE / UI design will be a big plus
• Platform Framework Engineer - Shanghai
You will be responsible to enhance developer experience and build out application platforms/tooling using container-based technologies for applications, real-time stream, batch processing and analytics.
Skillsets: Java, experience in high-performance application frameworks ( e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Nats ), Linux Administration basics (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu)
• Senior QE Engineer - Shanghai
You’ll be automating tests for internal and external client facing applications

• Information Security Manager - Shanghai
The person will play a critical role in risk assessing and securing PayPal’s infrastructure and applications in China, connecting the different solutions for our customer base into solid and comprehensive offerings in a secure and compliant fashion, working in a global framework but leading and consulting local teams to respect the nuances.
• Senior SRE Manager - Shanghai
As Site Reliability Engineering Senior Manager you will be responsible for the number one priority at the company: Availability. You will be heading the 24/7 operation and payment platforms. The geographically dispersed Command Center team is responsible for management of all site infrastructure including network, systems/cloud, storage, databases, and critical batch and application support.
• MTS 2, Database Engineer – Shanghai
PayPal China Database team is responsible for fulfilling all database infrastructure needs of PayPal China. This includes new database builds, database support, database engineering, deploying schema changes to production databases while maintaining DB availability targets, implementing security policies, managing PP development databases, working on various NoSQL implementations and scripting to automate.
• Senior Network Engineer - Shanghai
You will include monitoring and support for network and network security equipment, WAN circuit troubleshooting, and handling proactive and reactive outages directly and by working with our vendors.
• MTS 2, Software Engineer – DataPlatform – Shanghai
You will build on your background for designing and implementing secure, low latency, highly efficient, highly available Data Platform-as-a-Service capabilities. You will be innovative and hands-on as you work on cross functional teams to shape every aspect of PayPal China's infrastructure. As the staff technical engineer, you will mentor and influence engineers.
• Program Manager - Shanghai
Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release/program roadmap. Ensure all teams align with enterprise planning expectations.
