移动优化国际出口了？

江苏移动，今天发现 GITHUB 速度达到 500KB/s 了，traceroute 一下发现走移动自有线路从上海出去的。不知道这个优化是临时的还是长期的，终于不绕联通或者电信了。

Best Trace TCP 发现直接走了南昌电信，没进移动骨干网，然后 IP 也成了南昌电信

广州移动试了下没感觉到明显优化，丢包还是和平时差不多，跟去年新装的时候没得比

之前的是負優化吧，早陣子 HKT 到 163 聯通移動的 speedtest 都 QoS 到個位數 Mbps 上傳，今天有幾十 Mbps 算是不錯了

晚上我回去试试，最近移动网络很不稳定，波动很严重 ，坐标南京移动.
到别的地方测 IP 基本上正常是移动 NAT Pool 的地址.183.*.*.*
到 ipip.net 的地址则不是是 112.*.*.*
说明还是有少量的地方存在穿透行为
