Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are a group of scientists who utilize our technology to solve real-world problems and we have a deep understanding of our data and products. We collect, analyze and use our data to help users in finding their favourite items. We also detect patterns while data mining interesting results. We stand on the wave of the AI revolution, using the latest techniques to build products. This is a position that requires continuous study and solving problems.

Job Description

· Analyze data from various sources, find patterns and provide solutions for problems in product
· Write high-quality, clean, simple, and reusable code; build common libraries
· Build high performance, high availability, scalability, and easy to maintain services
· Communicate with other teams, posses a deep understanding of data from different sources and product architecture to help optimize the data process pipeline
· Design and implement various supporting tools as required
Job Requirements

· PHD in Computer Science or related field
· Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
· In-depth understanding of data structures and other computer science fundamentals
· Hands-on experience with one of the programming languages including Go, Python, and C++
· Hands-on experience with NLP, mining of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
· Hands-on experience building recommendation systems
· Intuitive understanding of machine learning algorithms, e.g. clustering, classification algorithms and data processing tools such as tensorflow, scikit
· Hands-on experience in these areas will be advantageous:
- Distributed data platforms and processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Map-Reduce

Head of DevOps

Role description:
As the Head of DevOps engineer, you are the key to ensure the availability and reliability of our services.
You will lead and work with our existing DevOps team and Infrastructure Team to manage thousands of servers which serve our millions users, and push our service to the next level for meeting the company’s fast growth.

Job Description
- Oversee the day -to-day activities among the R&D department, fully responsible for the service availability and reliability
- Command and mange the DevOps team to handle daily trouble diagnosis, removal and follow-ups, safeguard the engineering environment for our business
- Refine the current workflows and practices of DevOps team, keep lowering down the risk of systems and improving the service quality in the meanwhile
- Dig out the potential needs of our company, lead the DevOps team to design and build up more tools for meeting the company future growth
- Responsible for the reduction or removal of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the DevOps team, promote team members’ growth

Job Requirements
- In-depth understanding of operating systems, networks, and other computer science fundamentals
- Rich hands-on experience in DevOps, familiar with DevOps tech stacks (e.g. Nginx, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker), networking and server management
- With the ability to analyze, select and design the proper DevOps solutions for the company
- With decent team management and communication skills, 5+ years experience of managing a DevOps team of more than 5-people
- Has great insights and understandings about DevOps technologies, be able to import and apply new tech-stacks for the team

职位职责：
- 开发音视频实时通信解决方案；
- 负责实时音视频服务的系统设计、开发和架构优化；
- 设计和开发 WebRTC 实时通信服务器、流媒体网关，支持高并发和扩展；
- 负责在不同网络环境下的实时音视频通信质量的调优；
- 负责实时音视频传输网络的全球节点的部署与智能调度；
- WebRTC 中的音视频引擎、音频处理算法、音视频编解码算法的研究与实现；
- 实时网络传输算法研究，包括流量控制、重传等；
- 负责其他音视频传输算法以及相关技术的研究与实现。

职位要求：

- 熟悉常见的网络协议，HTTP，TCP 、UDP 等，熟悉音视频实时传输的网络传输；

Engineer, Web Front-End

Job Description

Collaborate with the design team, other software engineers and product managers to design, build, enhance, and test new features
Write clean and maintainable code that is properly tested and reviewed
Understand the product thoroughly. Analyse, design and develop functionalities based on product requirements.
Identify and fix problems to improve stability and user experience
Explore and evaluate the practicality of new technologies to improve existing processes and/or products
Participate in regular internal technology sharing and other regional tech events

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and grasp strong JavaScript fundamentals
Good sense of UI and UX design
Familiar with the full web stack, understand common network protocols

Set up, configure, automate, and maintain services in Linux environment
