Bilibili CDN 广东电信烂了两天了

根据测试结果看，可能是广东电信到 CDN 节点的 TCP 路由问题。

不过这个调度很奇怪，使用运营商分配 DNS 情况下，广东省还要跨省调度，又不是什么 IDC 资源匮乏的地方

说句题外话，不要用一些奇怪的 CDN，开了大会员看视频，码率增加后，奇怪的 CDN 速度太慢反而导致体验更差了。
