乐搭配将为中国的富裕阶层购买中高端时尚商品和分享时尚资讯提供平台。在中国，中高端时尚市场开始发展，但是中高端时尚品牌缺乏有效的手段发展电子商务：97%的消费存在于实体店中。乐搭配提供的社交化电商销售模式将有效推动品牌扩展和产品销量。

为了开发一个多渠道的网站，我们利用顶级技术包括 :Postgres SQL，Neo4j，Redis 数据库, Python/Django后台框架，Angular.js Javascript 框架，和iOS/Android移动框架。我们支持开源的源代码，所以会利用和贡献很多开放的项目。

我们是一家在创业阶段的企业，希望全面改变未来网络服装业的面貌.我们完成了用于概念验证的模板，并在寻求有激情的Python/Django 和前端程序员来帮我们开发乐搭配的beta版。

理想的人才：

* 熟练的软件开发技术和熟悉Python, Django, Postgres SQL（python/django程序员）
* 熟悉 Javascript, HTML,CSS,JQuery
* 熟悉或者有兴趣学Javascript MVC框架，尤其是Angular.js
* 面对挑战会积极地学新的知识和才能
* 拥有创业家精神
* 对电子商务和社交网有热情：如果对时尚也有热情更好！
* 善于分析并解决问题的思维方式,
* 基本英语能力

地点：中国上海静安区

工资范围：10k-15k人民币

Ledapei (乐搭配) is a social commerce startup focused on China’s affordable luxury fashion market. Demand for affordable luxury in China is beginning to grow, but over 97% of the market is still offline. Ledapei’s combination of editorial content and social engagement will inspire users to discover, share, and purchase affordable luxury fashion online.

We are developing a multi-channel solution using today’s most advanced tools: Postgres SQL relational databases, Neo4j graph databases, Redis NoSql databases, Python/Django web framework, Angular.js Javascript MVC, and iOS/Android mobile frameworks. We are a strong believer in open source, and will be leveraging existing projects and driving new projects throughout our development.

Our team has built a prototype and is looking for highly motivated Python/Django engineers to help us drive to beta opening.

The ideal candidate has:

* Strong experience in Python, Django, Postgres SQL, Redis
* Experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and JQuery
* Experience or interest in Javascript MVCs, particularly Angular.js
* A drive to develop and learn new skills as the challenges arise
* A strong entrepreneurial spirit
* A passion for e-commerce and social media: passionate about fashion a definite plus!
* Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong language skills in either Mandarin OR English, and basic language capabilities in the other

Location: Shanghai, China

Salary Range: RMB 10-15k per month
