Cloud & CI/CD Automation Developer for SAP Data Intelligence Job

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Cloud & CI/CD Automation Developer, you will be working in a team located in Xian and define & execute concepts around CI/CD and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), where software engineering meets infrastructure and operations. Researching on and prototyping alternative approaches to new technologies are also part of the work. You will find yourself in a working environment both inspiring and professional where challenging the status quo is welcomed and personal learning and growth are valued.
We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model. Collaboration with global (Germany, Brazil, etc.) teams could be a regular routine.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Good degree in computer science or a related major
• Fully committed to a continuous improvement process to reduce production cycle time, from commit to deliver
• Defining methods and processes that support multiple SaaS products
• Cooperate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available and scalable production systems
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge in at least one scripting and one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Bash)
• Interested in scripting and automating build, delivery and operation processes in cloud environments
• Relatively good spoken and written English skills

Preferred skills
• Experience in developing and operating on enterprise software
• Hands-on experience in (cloud) infrastructure services and technologies, e.g. Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, Aliyun.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins in a CI/CD environment
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and their relevant build technologies (e.g. Maven, NPM)
• Knowledge and experience in cyber security
