这是我的测试结果。
硬盘测试应该和dd的参数有关。

带宽很诡异，买的是2Mb，但实测下载能到3-4MB/s，实际带宽有30Mb左右。不知道是他们的低调营销，还是系统Bug。IP显示是上海电信的。电信的国外出口在上海，访问国外的速度应该也不错。
