求解：VPS无法部分外网无法访问，ping也不通

应用的场景是：在应用中加载某个url解析，但部分地址是读取不到
ping的话，部分通的：www.qq.com www.yahoo.com
大部分不通：www.upyun.com,www.baidu.com

查了下貌似需要设置iptables,新手不太理解原理
现在的设置是：
# iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere state RELATED,ESTABLISHED
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:http

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere state RELATED,ESTABLISHED

@zhttty 我用的Ubuntu，返回“iptables: unrecognized service” 是没有这个service吧
