8g 256g m1 MacBook Air，才用了一个月，硬盘写入已经 22TB+了，你们的多少了？

1 月 21 日到手，去掉假期，平均一天写入 1TB，这 swap 也太狠了吧
家里装了六七年的台式机的系统盘，写入量也才和这个一个月差不多，照这么下去，用不到一年固态硬盘就得先报废啊
你们的使用情况如何？可以用下面的命令查看下
