岗位职责

按时完成后端开发任务（本公司的最高要求就是按时，不能延期）
根据客户需求能自主进行搜索，并提供需求可行性
根据客户需求提出后端解决方案
设计开发文档，驱动前端开发

职位要求

两年以上 Ruby on Rails 开发经验
熟悉 GraphQL,RESTful，并熟练开发 API
熟悉 Linux 系统开发环境，掌握常用的工具和命令
熟练使用 PostgreSQL，MySQL 等数据库
熟练使用 Git 进行版本管理(rebase, cherry-pick, squash)

加分项

熟练使用国外服务，包括 AWS，Heroku，Stripe 等
熟悉 Docker，了解 Kubernetes，DevOps 等
有个人技术博客，或者有大型网站的后端架构或性能优化实践经验
参与开源项目

薪资福利

薪资区间（ 15 ～ 20k 人民币），可通过微信，支付宝转账，因是国外公司原因，社保需自行缴纳。
假期完全按照国内法定假日

工作方式

完全远程，无打卡，无工时统计，以任务驱动，只要完成任务，时间自行安排。
我们一般在：早 8:00 - 晚 17:00 (北京时间)的时段内在线协作。
团队内全部是华人，平时沟通都用汉语。
客户需求有一大部分是英文，需要有英文读写能力
