近期有多个苹果企业开发账号被取消，大家有遇到类似的情况么？

上周五，公司的企业开发账号收到苹果的邮件，说违反用户协议，账号被取消

（就是 不发布到 App Store，通过网页在企业内部分发 ipa 文件 的那种开发账号）

Notice of Termination

This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Enterprise Program License Agreement (the “ADEP Agreement”) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the “Developer Agreement”) between You and Apple Inc. (“Apple”), effective immediately. Defined terms used herein have the same meaning as in the ADEP Agreement.

Apple has reason to believe that some of the information You provided when enrolling in the program was connected to an account that appears to have been involved in activity that violated the ADEP Agreement. Under the terms and conditions of the ADEP Agreement, Apple may terminate Your status as an Apple developer at any time in its sole discretion, and Apple may also terminate Your Apple Developer status for misleading, fraudulent, improper, unlawful or dishonest acts relating to the ADEP agreement.

We would like to remind You of Your obligations with regard to all software and other Apple Confidential Information that You obtained from Apple as an Apple developer and under the ADEP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADEP Agreement and Section 10 of the Developer Agreement.

This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Please note that we will deny Your reapplication to the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for at least a year considering the reason for this termination.

邮件只说了违反了 ADEP 协议，但是并没有说明具体违反了哪一条

四天后，我另外一个公司的企业开发账号也被取消了

这两个账号都是用了很久的，短时间内都被取消了

想问问大家有没有遇到类似问题，苹果是否在批量清理这些企业开发账号？

行业人都知道,这六七年以来,企业账户只有三种人使用
1 水平太差,用来当测试用的
2 专业黄赌毒
3 正经用途
测试有 TestFight,iOS 和 macOS 都有,满足上万人,还能自动更新
企业账户理论上只是给员工使用的
所以你是黄赌毒还是正经用途呢

当初给公司申请的企业账号,黑市卖 8 万,这账号这么值钱,难道不就是因为黄赌毒吗
其他两个选项,1 不需要,3 能申请到

大家放心，做的 App 不是黄赌毒

我们公司是做企业管理软件的，做好了 App 给客户使用
但是客户不希望放到公开的 App Store，所以选择了企业证书分发

从本质上讲，给别的公司的员工分发 App，肯定是违反了 ADEP 协议，这点我承认
我发帖就是想看看大家有什么思路没有，因为苹果并不告诉具体违反了哪条协议
而我们从一开始就是这样用的，最近也并没有什么变化

不上 store，还想有定制化开发，要么用安卓机，要么用企业微信、钉钉的内部定制，这些都不需要审核直接挂就行

原因就是 “给别的公司的员工分发 App” 啊，以前不被发现也不代表一直不会吧。

如果少于 1w 人，用 TestFlight 替代吧，生成公共安装链接也挺方便的。

另外这波你损失 200w+啊，现在一个账号至少卖 100w 吧？

遇到过，但是并不是直接被取消。
是先发了警告邮件，让在期限内处理，证书都被 revoke 了。

发到 APP store，但是需要认证才能进入，也没什么不妥吧？

下面纯属模仿语气,不过我确实收到过 不得歧视特定用户的拒绝文案....
你发到商店,给广大用户使用
但你却限制,只能部分特定人群使用,你歧视谁呢,嗯?,你得开放让所有人使用

这是违反协议的，只能给第一方用，不能给第三方用。

钉钉、飞书都是公开的。建议的做法就是做一个 App 上架公开的 App Store，客户用自己的账号登录没有问题。

但是同时开放第三方注册和使用（可以划到一个单独的企业里），但是需要先内购，金额设置为最高。
