@ChinaNOMobile 不好意思，ipip.net 上测试到 108.61.201.151 延迟，安徽地级市移动 70MS，电信就没有低于 100MS 的。另外国际出口就三个，内陆和沿海能有什么差别？这都不知道，暴露水平了。

CT 到 NTT 和 PCCW Global 可以 40 或者 60 ms 呢, CM 到 NTT 和 PCCW Global 都要 150 或者 300 ms.
