Google may reclaim your Google Voice number (if you have one) if you have not placed or answered calls, or sent or opened text messages for a period of 3 months. We will not reclaim numbers that have been ported into Google Voice or made permanent.

好像需要花 10 美元换号，然后花 20 美元将旧号买断，就变成永久了。

今天在网上搜到的，除了 IFTTT：

①给 67135 发送“AUTO”，然后回复 Y 确定订阅广告(每月 1-3 条广告推送)。就会定期收到广告短信，防止被回收。（回复 STOP ，停止订阅广告）
②给 555444 发送“SIGNUP”，每月会收到最多 6 条广告推送。（同样回复 STOP ，停止订阅广告）
选其一就可以了，或者不嫌烦都订阅也都可以。

到期删除前也会邮件通知，收到通知再去使用下都可以。

这是之前买了之后咨询关于新号处理后会如何的官方的答复：

Thank you for contacting Google Voice, my name is TJ and I'm a specialist with Google Voice. I am showing you are inquiring about the status of your numbers, I will look into this for you.

The new number ending in ....****（新号） will stay on your account as long as you use it at least once every 6 months (calls/texts). If you don't, it will be removed for non-usage.

If you transfer ... ****（新号） out of Google Voice, the .. ****（原号） number will be still permanent on your account as long as you don't transfer it to a different account, then it won't be any longer.

Since you transferred the ... ****（新号） to a different account, it's not permanent, it will stay on your account as long as you use it at least once every 6 months (calls/texts). If you don't, it will be removed for non-usage.

一直都只收短信，没回收

自己用的话根本不用担心这个，停用又不是一点通知没有戛然而止那种，提前至少一个月就会给你发邮件通知，政策收紧打击的是屯号的奸商们，如果你自己的 GV 被回收了那说明你确实没这个需求,释放限制资源也挺好
