iPhone 打开 wifi 匿名是不是就无法绑定 IP 了

wifi 的隐私设置里面，如果打开匿名功能，连接到路由器的 Mac 地址是个随机生成的，而且是变化的，在这种情况下如何绑定 IP 呢？
