目前联通依然正常

上海电信精品网，现在裸连正常。
周五电信和联通都上不去，DNS 解析正常，解析出来的 IP 直接 ping 不通。
估计是电信反应过度，下了技术手段，但微软方面有配合整改的意愿，所以没必要下狠手。
或者是微软那边主动切割，但没切好，还在调整。
或者纯粹是技术故障，巧合赶一块儿了。
