DigitalOcean要我验证账号，我该怎么办

前天通过财付通运通卡买的，每月五刀的那种，财付通那边只扣了一美元的验证费

账号开通好后没过多久就收到了要求验证账号的邮件


如下：

Please provide us with the following:

- Your Name
- Location
- Phone Number
- Type of Traffic you will be sending from the server
- 1 or more of the following:
1. Your public twitter handle
2. Your blog

期间VPS都是可以正常使用的，然后我把我的名字、地址、电话号码、推特+非死不可回复过去了
（姓名地址电话号码是财付通运通卡那边的信息，如实填写）

然后客服回复如下

Can you provide us more information about your USA location?

Have you used a Gift card on your account?

Please let us know

然后我就把我当时购买的所有信息，财付通运通卡卡号之类的更详细的发过去了，并说这是用财付通美国运通虚拟卡买的。

This address is not a residence. Can you clarify this?

使用DigitalOcean最好用Paypal付款，DigitalOcean确实存在随意封停用户账号的情况，如果你使用Paypal月付，被封停之后可以到Paypal申请争议退款

DigitalOcean 不建议购买，如果要购买的话，从一开始最好就填真实信息或者使用第三方支付方式，因为欧美有些商户经常遇到信用卡欺诈，如果使用信用卡结算而填了非真实信息，为了避免这方面的纠纷，其通常会终止合同。

我给客服说那地址不是住处后，VPS就被关闭了，然后对方要我发送身份证照片或者护照，我还是洗洗睡吧，不过之前扣掉的一美元的费用会怎样

我只用PayPal付了5刀，个人信息都没填，使用没有问题

@yxling 1刀那个之后会退回来的，大概1周左右，我之前就类似这个问题问过信用卡的客服。

@yxling 那个1刀只是检测你信用卡好不好用的费用，paypal也有，很快就会退给你。不过你会损失一点儿汇率差……反正也就几分钱的问题……
