华为云 ARM 服务器无法安装 Docker

用的是清华源，显示无法安装

log：

root@ecs-3aab:~# apt install docker-ce

看起来像是被“另一个软件包”替代了，是因为 ARM 架构的有其他包吗

把 armhf 换成 arm64 试试
