很可能是 DigitalOcean 对长时间未活跃账号进行余额退款。

Paypal 收到退款后，我登录 DigitalOcean 账户查看了下，的确是我在 2013 年使用 Paypal 充值的$5.

我记得 DigitalOcean 以前注册完后，需要绑定信用卡或者使用 Paypal 最低充值$5 进行账户激活才能购买 Droplets
