[ What you’ll be doing ] :
1 、Work closely with AV perception core team, AV production team, and AI infrastructure engineers to accelerate and optimize the AV perception DNN development and deployment, and achieve the high quality and reliability of AV perception in NVIDIA Drive products.
2 、Working with enthusiastic and dedicated people at the forefront of science and technology is one of the great things you will love when you join this team.
3 、Will be innovating algorithms, tools, system design, and processes. In addition to deep learning, a substantial part of the work is going to be getting the car moving, working with sensors, modelling vehicle dynamics and other activities - so you will have the chance to make important contributions towards these efforts. Although our group is not in a scientific research environment, nor is deep learning our sole activity, publications may be a natural outcome from your work. Your work will be fun and very challenging, and have a huge impact in cars worldwide.
4 、Work on machine learning application tasks, including but not limited to integrating DNN models into driving applications, building automatic workflows of data processing, real or synthetic ground truth generation and diagnosis, and driving evaluation, validating the effectiveness of latest auto-driving algorithms and strategies. You need to have enthusiasm for both machine learning and autonomous driving domain, and corresponding multiple discipline engineering ability.
[ What we need to see ] :
1 、BS or MS degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2 、3+ years of work experience.
3 、Fluent in both oral and written English.
4 、Excellent programming, software design, and testing skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
5 、Prior working experience in the following areas: Complex Embedded System, Robotics, Self-Driving-Cars, GPU technology, Computer Vision, Deep Learning.
6 、Solid knowledge of Linux programming, and should be familiar with working under Linux environments.
7 、Deep understanding of system architecture, CPU/GPU/Memory/Storage, everything related to performance optimization.
[ Ways to stand out from the crowd ] :
1 、Background in computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, statistics.
2 、Experience of deep learning models training with popular frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, caffe etc, and model deployment into production.
3 、Experience of CUDA/OpenCV/OpenGL programming skills will be a big bonus.
4 、Knowledge of 3D geometry in computer vision.
5 、Knowledge of object detection/tracking, multi-sensor fusion such as lidar or camera, and time synchronization.
6 、Experience of large data exploration, analysis and visualization with SQL and Python numpy/pandas/matplotlib.
7 、Standalone project experience with 10k+ lines code, game, application or vision related.
