岗位职责：
1. 在 Polygon 上设计、实现安全可靠的应用程序;
2. 熟悉区块链加密算法、共识机制、安全协议、分布式计算、智能合约等底层协议与运行机制;
3. 智能合约的内部质量控制及审核;
4. 研究多种 dapp 协议, 提供先进的行业愿景。
5. 设计游戏内部道具商品 NFT 相关智能合约

岗位要求：
1. 1 年以上 EVM based 智能合约相关经验 /2 年以上的其他平台智能合约开发相关经验(例如 ETH, BSC);
2. Solidity 相关的弹性且安全的代码交付经验;
3. 精通于测试驱动开发相关知识;
4. 熟悉区块链加密算法、共识机制、安全协议、分布式计算、智能合约等底层协议与运行机制;
5. 熟悉常见的智能合约漏洞;
6.有 ERC721 或 ERC1155 相关开发部署经验

Requirements
1. 计算机科学、工程、数学或相关领域的学士学位，5 年以上工作经验。
2. 5 年以上特定技术领域（如软件开发、云计算、系统工程、架构体系、安全、网络、数据和分析）
3. 3 年以上应用和基础设施设计、实施或咨询经验
4. 较强的沟通能力，有与技术和非技术受众沟通的经验
5. 3 年以上区块链行业经验
6. 有 IEO/IDO/ICO 经验者优先
7. 至少具有以下之一的编程经验：Go 、Rust 、Python 、Java 、C/C++
8. 具有以下 Ethereum/Polygon （ Solidity ）、Solana （ Rust ）之一的智能合约编程经验
9. 有编写 /调试和部署智能合约的经验
10. 了解数字资产、智能合约预言、多链互操作性、私有 /许可区块链和可持续性
11. 具有平台安全性、可扩展性和可靠性方面的经验
12. 对以太坊中使用的各种不同共识算法有很好的理解
