用了 5 个多月的 Macbook Pro 14 M1Pro 32GB+512GB 版本
工作用电脑，iCloud 和 TimeMachine （配合 NAS ）都正常使用
目前看起来磁盘读写都很正常

个人用户三年一换不就保证数据安全了么？
硬盘比 macbook 便宜多了

@antfinworker 讲道理 mac 的 ssd 速率上的调教是比较激进的，有理由认为就算降速也还是相当“可用”的，另外可以查一查 mac 的 ssd 采用的是哪个厂商的，都会有担保写入量（这个值相当保守，写到这个量也不一定坏，只是不再保证数据绝对安全）
