这 intel mbp 的散热我人都傻了

mbp16 9750H+5300M 合盖外接 4K 显示器使用，室温 30 度，啥事不干 cpu_pcei 60 度，gpu 核心 55 度，双风扇 3000 转
b 站开个 1080P 视频，U 显双飞 70 度，风扇双拉满 5000 转，离离原上谱，或许该拆开清灰了？

买到，换 m1 ，性能吊打 I7-9750H 。想不明白为何还不换。。。7000 能卖掉的就卖吧。换 M1 AIR 。

If your MacBook Pro runs hot or shows a high % CPU for the kernel task, try charging on the right and not on the left.
High kernel_task CPU Usage is due to high chassis temperature caused by charging. In particular Left Thunderbolt port usage.

Solutions include:

Move charging from the left to the right side. If you have a second charger then plug it in on the right side. Avoid plugging everything on the right side (see last paragraph below).
Unplug something from the left side. Either power or another accessory until the battery is full.
Force fans to max before plugging in. iStatMenus has an easy Sensors -> Fans menu item to do so. This only helps in marginal conditions.
Move to a cooler room.
If using both laptop display and external display try switching to just one or the other (I switched to external only, laptop lid closed). Some MBP (eg 15" Intel touchbar models) have a design quirk where this config can get hotter than it should.

两台设备，一台楼主同款，一款 13 寸 M1 pro, M1 温度基本在 30 以下，intel 开机接上外屏就 60 ，无解。

正常，因为是外接显示器的时候需要开独显，所以风扇会狂转。可以考古下 V 站有网友搞了个外接独立显卡解决了风扇狂转的问题，那时候好像还没有 M1 。现在有了 M1 赶紧把这货出了上 M1 吧，

@exploreexe #28 是因为 16 寸 mac 外接显示器，独显会有多余的功耗，两年多后在新版系统解决了。

其实 i9 和 M1 的性能差不多，如果不在意风扇响声的话还好。另外现在 M1 还有不少兼容性问题，比如视频解码和外接硬盘速度等等，至少得等 M2 解决了。反正 M1 mac mini 和 16 寸 intel mac 都有的我感觉换不换无所谓~

不知道你的是不是新系统，听说新系统优化了外接显示器的显卡功耗，可以升级下试下

我的 iMac 看 b 站 YouTube 音量要开到四格以上才能听清，跟在瀑布边上用电脑一样太吵了

@muntoya 16 寸的 i9 和 m1 mbp 我都有，m1 性能绝对比 i9 强多了而且温度低听不到风扇声音

@zzzmode #33 我说的是 M1 不是 M1 pro 。M1 的跑分和 i9 差不多，因为转译和兼容问题，有些方面的性能还有差距。

手持 mbp16 ，i9+5600m ，外接 LG UltraFine 5K ，CPU 和 GPU 均为 55 度左右，不凉快，但是风扇转速在 1800rpm 左右，基本听不到。只能说 5600m 最大的提升不是显卡性能提升而是噪音降低了。

@IslandOwnerHuang 我是 2019 的顶配 15 寸+Ultrafine 5K ，不把风扇拉满的话 kernel task 随时都可能出来作妖，噪音早就不当回事儿了
