既然你问了,那就不要想了,退掉吧,只要有读写那就是不正常的

1T 的硬盘写入寿命在 1500T 到 3000T ,你这数据一天写入也就 50G ,1500*1000/50/365=82 年
你这写入量和我日均差不多,我的用了 11 个月了,写入量 20T

按照这个推算,双固态芯片的 256G 可以写到 1638T 。按目前的使用量,推算可以用 20 年。

慌什么。固态就使劲写就完事了。写到报废早就换电脑了。用了很多年的台式机表示都没有扛过 10 年的主板,但是扛过 30 年的 HDD 倒是神一样的存在!

说明用不着 32 ,除非 swap 常年 10GB 并且还在不停交换的人,都用不着加这钱。。
Pro 因为交换快,几乎所有使用场景下 16 和 32 的性能差距只有 5%以内,可以说是误差

@234ygg 16G 的在内存用到 14 左右就会用到交换内存了,硬盘速度和内存速度性能差距 5%?
内存的带宽最低 100GB ,硬盘的不到 40GB 带宽吧,再加上硬盘读写的延迟
我 32G 长期使用 24G 以上,前两天有几台虚拟机忘记关,32G 运行内存的都把 swap 干到了 10G ,直接卡成狗。强制关机才恢复

@234ygg 对了,还有一点忘记说了,苹果的 M 芯片是统一内存,之前 intel 的集成显卡有自己的独立内存,也就是说还要把 GPU 占用的内存给保留出来,M 芯片硬盘大量读写我感觉就是这个问题,物理内存被 CPU 占用了,GPU 渲染使用的是交换内存,然后因现在硬盘读写速度很快所以卡顿感不明显

上面说了 重点就是,常年占用 swap 并且还在不停交换的人才需要更大内存。虚拟机开着不关 明显属于此范畴...

不过还是建议不用就自动 sleeping ,收不回来的内存只能 swap ,内存控制的压力大了效率就下去了...
16 和 32 确实在几乎所有场景没什么速度差距,Google YouTube 一下就能找到各种生产力工具的测试对比
