如果搞不定，那就老实去下 aarch64 版，装到虚拟机

CentOS7 relies on 64KB granule support, which isn't supported by the IOMMU of the Apple M1 processor.

I'd recommend using Fedora or Ubuntu instead, with CentOS containers as needed.

我用的 parallels desktop 安装 aarch 64 位的 centos7 ，一直卡在安装界面进不去，但是安装 centos stream 9 就没问题
