NOW [SEM开发工程师] 虚位以待，紧急招募中
岗位描述
1.参与公司SEM跨平台广告投放系统研发
2.建立基于CPC,CPA,ROI等数学模型，编写算法，开发自动竞价模块
3.通过网络爬虫，页面分词，相关度计算等相关技术开发关键词扩词

职能要求
1.对互联网各种广告形式有一定认知，非常熟悉SEM投放模式和搜索引擎媒体特征
2.关键词竞价策略，自动优化，扩词等相关开发经验
3.了解GOOGLE ADWORDS,百度凤巢等广告投放系统及其API
4.对搜索引擎有较深入的了解，对网络爬虫,倒排索引、全文检索、分词、相关度计算排序、分布式处理等任何一方面有开发经验
5.精通一门服务端语言
6.精通SQL和数据结构，具有MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库开发经验.
7.熟悉linux工作环境
8.有算法、数学背景者优先
9.本科以上学历，两年以上互联网行业工作经验

Responsibilities:
1. Develop the cross-platform SEM advertisement bidding system.
2. Build up the mathematics model based on CPC, CPA and ROI. Write algorithmand develop real-time bidding module.
3. Develop keywords expansion by web-crawler, word segmentation, correlationcalculation or other related technology.

Requirements:
1. Know about all the internet advertising types. Very familiar with SEMdelivery model and search engine media characteristic.
2. Related development experience in keywords bidding strategy, automaticoptimization and words expansion.
3. Know about advertising bidding system and API including but not limited toGoogle Adwords and Baidu Phoenix Nest.
4. Deep understanding in search engine. Have development experience in anyrelated to web-crawler, inverted index, full-text search, word segmentation,relevancy sorting or distributed process.
5. Expertised in any server languages.
6. Expertised in SQL and data structure. Experienced in relational databasesuch as MySQL/Oracle.
7. Familiar with Linux environment.
8. Background of algorithm or mathematics will be preferred.
9. Bachlor's degree or above with more than 2 years working experiences ininternet industry.
