我不是HR啦，如果有兴趣的话你可能就是我同事喔。

以下全部职位的共通点是，英语要很好，本科以上加2年以上相关工作经验
（当然如果你真的很厉害，在经验方面可商量）

待遇方面：
- 不加班每周8*5
- 薪酬范围好像都是10k~15k，程序员还要高一点

工作地点是
深圳南山蛇口南海意库（海上世界旁边，也是景点喔，很文艺的地方）

设计师：
也要写一些页面的，不是单设计
1. 对UI和UX都有足够的理论知识和实践经验
2. 要负责写 HTML&CSS (Less+SCSS 之类会用加分)
3. 会用作图软件，比如Photoshop
4. 对西式网站的设计有见解
5. （加分项）用过前端框架，如bootstrap
6. （加分项）JavaScript

最好就是全端啦，简历请附上作品或dribbble账号

前端工程师：
跟上面的差不多，侧重点不一样，也就是最好会点设计
1. HTML5, CSS3 (Less+scss之类的加分，你懂的）（不要求HTML5 canvas）
2. JS很厉害，除了jquery，最好会coffee，angularJS，underscore 之类的
3. 用过前端框架比如bootstrap，foundation
4. 会php也加分

测试：
其实我不太懂测试方面的东西，我们是个web项目，所以
1. 有测试Web project的经验
2. 对PHP和JS有了解的当然比较好啦
3. 有扎实的测试功底

Responsibility:

Front-end designing of websites

Requirements:

* At least 2 years experience as a web designer

* Be expert in UI & UX design

* Be expert in HTML & CSS (LESS / SCSS)

* Good Photoshop ability

* Comprehensive knowledge about western design style

* Excellent written English language skills

* Past projects for review

Advantages:

* Be expert in at least one front-end framework (Bootstrap, Foundation, Pure)

* Be skillful in JavaScript

Job Description:
1) Create test plans, design test data and test cases according to product specification
2) Build and maintain test server(s) according to deployment documentation
3) Carry out tests independently or as an organizer to ensure product quality
4) Write documentation covering overall testing strategy and individual testing procedures
5) Write test reports and test data analysis according to test results

Additional duties:

1) Create draft user documentation for product

2) Participate in user-facing test activities such as user acceptance testing

Test
Requirements:
1) University graduates with at least 2 years experience as a test engineer,must have Web project test experience.
2) Understanding theory and methodology of software testing. Familiar with test management and automation tools
3) Familiar with at least one web development language (preferably PHP) and SQL
4) Two years or more experience in a large-scale internet enterprise would be a great advantage
5) Good communication and comprehension ability, teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and eagerness to be better
6) Excellent written English language skills

@akinoniku 好吧，我也不知道现在的行情和实力的对应关系。

像我这个还没毕业，专职前端开发的小朋友
后端会点python。PHP比较熟，一直用自己写的框架做开发

现在做着前端开发，习惯的开发环境是linux，Grunt用的比较多，目前已经开始用着百度的Fis跟后端协作，后端拿到前端代码只需要一条Release命令编译部署就OK了，其他协作人员没有太大了学习成本。

感觉现在的有工作经验的前端应该会比我牛很多，毕竟我现在的才拿着2K-3K的工资嘛。

所以，能拿10K-15K工资的大牛的实力应该是我的好几倍吧？？
