curl、wget 不能从 github 下载了？

之前使用梯子一直可以 curl 、wget 来从 github 下载，从昨天开始就不行了。但是从浏览器是可以下载的

报错如下：

$curl -L https://github.com/grafana/helm-charts/releases/download/grafana-6.48.0/grafana-6.48.0.tgz curl: (35) TCP connection reset by peer

wget https://github.com/grafana/helm-charts/releases/download/grafana-6.48.0/grafana-6.48.0.tgz --2022-12-15 02:01:18-- https://github.com/grafana/helm-charts/releases/download/grafana-6.48.0/grafana-6.48.0.tgz Resolving github.com (github.com)... 39.102.194.95 Connecting to github.com (github.com)|39.102.194.95|:443... connected. 不知道是不是 GFW 搞的鬼，
