aws申请受阻

申请了aws，地址姓名什么的都填的中文的，申请完已经可以用了，突然收到封邮件：

Greetings from Amazon Web Services.
This email is to notify you that you have not been granted access to Amazon Route 53, CloudFront. At this time we are requesting you to provide us with a valid business URL. Additionally, please email us the valid URL from an email addresses associated with the URL.
You can send your message to [e-mail]. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your patience with our security measures.

然后我用 [e-mail] 这个邮箱给上面提到的邮箱回复了 www.fei-ke.com 还有我的amazon登录名

过一会又收到封邮件：

遇到過，在 Profile 裡更新了網站 URL 然後發了個 Ticket 解決的。

@aveline Profile是哪里的Profile，还有Ticket 是什么的Ticket ，如果我不要他这个服务是不是可以不用理会这邮件 只是用来学习用用

写简单点就行，我原来是这样回的。
URL:www.aaa.com
Email:[e-mail]
Account email:xxxxxx

关键是你的url要和email的域名一样，并且要使用这个email地址回复邮件，这样才能证明这个域名真的是你的。

难道对这个URL还有特殊要求么

@jinyang656 可能至少要能访问得到吧，另外检查一下你的外发邮件时用的别名是否是那个域名。

@thomas 就按照楼上的格式，网址和以这个网址为后缀的邮箱给他发邮件，主要确保你的网页能在国外打开
