有没有比较好的办法来整理 PDF 中的 highlight 跟笔记？

这个问题困扰我很久了。 之前看 PDF ，用 PDF 自带的高亮+笔记，后面 PDF 找不到了，这些也就丢了。 而且我发现，不同阅读器直接笔记有可能不能互通。

最近发现有个 readwise 的网站，想把之前的笔记都导入进去，不知道有没有啥比较好的方法？

无，highlight 和笔记都是写进 pdf ，跟着 pdf 原文件一起走的。
mac ipad 上有个东西叫 margin note ，可以结合脑图来整理 pdf 知识点，就是学习成本有点高。

readwise reader (就是你提到的这个网站）+ Obsidian 自动导出标注，本地用 Zotero 管理 Pdf

或者，用 Zotero 内部的阅读器以及标注系统，定期备份成纯文本，我还是 Obsidian
这两个方法分别适用于书籍以及论文，丢 Readwise 的另一个原因是它有 Ghost Reader （ GPT-3 模型来帮你总结内容）

尽管 readwise 新出的 reader 似乎可以管理 pdf ，但是 op 只需要管理 pdf 笔记的话，还是建议 zotero
