Final Status: We identified that a connectivity issue within the region caused access issues for multiple Microsoft 365 services. While we were determining mitigation options, the service self-recovered. After further monitoring, our telemetry confirmed that the issue is now mitigated, and the service functionality was restored.
Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any Asia Pacific user attempting to access Microsoft 365 services.

End time: Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 5:03 PM (9:03 AM UTC)
Preliminary Root cause: A connectivity issue within the region inadvertently caused access issues for multiple Microsoft 365 services.
