Ubuntu 设置 ulimit 是不是“*”不起作用？

Ubuntu 想设置 ulimit 为 65535 ， 编辑 /etc/security/limits.conf

* soft nproc 65535
* hard nproc 65535
* soft nofile 65535
* hard nofile 65535

保存后，发现根本不生效，但是把星号换成具体用户如 root 、www 等保存后，ulimit 变为 65535 了

所以 Ubuntu 根本不支持“*”号？如果要设置对所有用户 ulimit 都为 65535 ，该怎么设定？
