先是切了一个公网 ip ，秒断，自动重新认证后变为 100 开头的内网 ip 。 同小区三条联通宽带都是一样的情况。在跑 pcdn ，开了 DDNS 。 大家有这样的情况么？是否能要回公网 ip ？
