我的账号 4 月 18 号用 depay 扣款了 20USD ，也绑定了 API ，5 月 7 号扣费 0.63USD 成功。 5 月 16 号我取消了 depay 卡的支付。 5 月 19 号绑定了 nobepay 卡。但是我在 plus 订阅里没有删除 depay 卡 两个都存在，优先从 nobepay 扣 5 月 19 号扣款 20USD 成功。 昨天晚上 9 点收到邮件被 ban 。 Refunded to 显示的是 DEPAY 的卡尾号。

现在 chatgpt 登陆不了了 显示 You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
